The Statute
The Conservationists Corps, in its session dated the 30th of May 2005, has approved the Foundation Statute text, revised and updated.
The Foundation organs are:
- the Conservationists Council,
- the President, who's the legal representative of the Foundation.
The sessions are valid if at least four members of the Conservationists Council take part and the decisions are taken by the absolute majority of those present; if the votes are divided equally, the President vote prevails.
